Meet the Twin Valley WiFi App
Your personal WiFi assistant is here to help you take control of your network. Visit the app store and download it today! Simply download and launch the app, connect to your network, and let Twin Valley Connect do the rest. Our app will detect all devices and give you a snapshot of your network. From there, you can easily set up parental controls, create a guest network, change your SSID and password, and more.
With our app, you can:
- Easily manage everything from basic parental controls to WiFi names and passwords.
- Set up and share a guest network for friends and family.
- View all devices connected to your network and their usage.
- Create profiles for people and places in your home.
- Optimize your experience by running bandwidth tests to monitor network performance.

Access Your Account Online and Enroll in AutoPay
Logging into your account is quick and straightforward! Once you log in, you can pay your bill, view your invoices and payment history, update your payment information, submit support tickets, and more.
- Visit the eBill website or download the eBill app on your device.
- Click on the “Register Here” button. You’ll need your most recent invoice number and the amount due. These numbers are located at the top of your Twin Valley bill or can be obtained by calling Twin Valley Customer Service.
- Once registered and your email is confirmed, view the Invoice Overview page for the current billing month.
- The Dashboard will direct you to the different areas of the eBill program.
- To set up AutoPay, simply select this item in the dashboard. Link your preferred payment method. Select it and hit “Continue,” where you can review your selections, agree, and enroll in AutoPay.
