The BEAD Program (Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment), established under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, is aimed at closing the digital divide across America. Kansas is set to receive $450 million in federal grants for broadband expansion, and Twin Valley is actively preparing applications for BEAD funding. With our matching private investment, we’re prepared to expand our cutting-edge broadband to more rural Kansans, fostering equitable internet access and driving community growth.
How You Can Help
As a local, family-owned broadband and communications provider serving rural Kansas for over 80 years, Twin Valley has the expertise and community commitment to maximize this funding opportunity. Through the Twin Valley Pledge, we’re working to bring affordable and reliable high-speed internet access to rural Kansans, closing the digital equity gap in our state. Your support is crucial in making this vision a reality. Help us by attending a community event or filling out our grant support form online.
Advocate for Your Community Here
Please keep in mind that while we’re fully committed to expanding high-speed internet across our Kansas communities, future projects and services may depend on the availability of BEAD funding and demonstrated community need. Many factors influence these decisions, so expressing interest and applying does not guarantee immediate expansion. However, we remain dedicated to advocating for all of the communities we serve and will continue working tirelessly to improve connectivity wherever possible.
We want your input. Fill out our online support form to advocate for your community's connectivity.

With support from the community, we are actively advocating for BEAD funding to bring essential services to underserved areas and to expand and upgrade our network. Together, we can ensure that our communities have the reliable, high-quality internet they deserve.

“High-speed internet is a necessity for every household. From education to remote work, healthcare, and more, access depends on connectivity. We see this as the first step in creating opportunities and generational change for local individuals and families in need. Our work doesn’t stop here.”
