Sign UpAt Twin Valley, we prioritize your email security. With your Twin Valley email account, you’re automatically protected by eScout, a feature that helps safeguard your inbox against spam and malicious emails. Here’s everything you need to know about how eScout works and how to use it effectively.
What is the eScout Quarantine Digest?
The eScout Quarantine Digest is a daily email sent to your inbox. This digest helps you review emails that eScout has flagged as suspicious or spam. It’s your personal report to keep you informed and in control of your email security.
The digest includes two main sections:
- Flagged Spam: Emails that were marked as potential spam or phishing attempts. These are quarantined to keep them from reaching your inbox.
- Delivered Emails: Emails that made it through to your inbox but may still be flagged for your review.
What Actions Can You Take in the Digest?
From your eScout Quarantine Digest, you can:
- Release Emails: If you find a legitimate email in the Spam section, click the Release link to move it to your inbox.
- Report Emails: If you spot spam in the Delivered section, click the Report link to notify our security team and improve future spam filtering.
What to Do If You Receive Suspicious Emails
Even with eScout protection, some spam or phishing emails may get through. If you notice a suspicious email:
- Do Not Click: Avoid clicking on links or downloading attachments in the email.
- Flag as Spam: Use your email client’s spam reporting feature to flag the message. This will automatically queue it for review and resolution by our security team.
