  • What cell phone brands are available through Twin Valley Mobile?

    We currently offer cell phones from Apple, Samsung, Google, Kyocera, Motorola and Schock. From the latest and greatest to budget-friendly options, we offer something for everyone. To view available phones, visit our store.

  • What does BYOD mean?

    BYOD stands for Bring Your Own Device. With Twin Valley Mobile, you can keep the device you love when you switch, as long as the phone is unlocked and compatible with our network. To find out, locate your device’s IMEI number in your device settings, then select ‘Bring Your Own Device’ from our mobile shop page. Enter your device’s IMEI number to see if it’s compatible with our network.

  • What is an IMEI?

    IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity. Your device’s IMEI is a unique 15-digit number that identifies the device on a mobile network. It is the most accurate way for us to determine if your device is compatible with our network and whether it is locked to a different carrier’s network.

  • How do I find my device's IMEI number?

    For most devices, the IMEI number can be located by following the steps below.

    From your device’s home screen:

    • Select “Settings”
    • Select “General”
    • Select “About”
    • Scroll down to the IMEI, ESN or MEID number
  • Is it cheaper to buy a new phone outright or make payments?

    With 3 years of 0% interest, the price of your new phone will be the same whether you’re purchasing the phone or making payments. Alternatively, you can also bring your own device for even more savings.

  • How long will it take to receive my device once shipped?

    Ship times are around 5-7 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your payment is successful and your order processes.

  • What does it mean if my phone is locked?

    A phone is considered locked when it is tied to the carrier it was purchased from, and may not be used at a different carrier. Phones may be unlocked once the phone has been fully paid for. Check with your current carrier if you’re unsure.

  • Can I trade in my existing device? What's the process?

    Yes! To get started, visit our mobile shop page. As a reminder, you must purchase a new device in order to trade one in.

    1. Select the new phone you’d like to purchase, then select “Yes” under the “Trade It” category.
    2. You will be provided a shipping label. Before sending, please clear your phone of data, complete a factory reset and make sure it’s unlocked.
    3. Once received, our team will inspect the device to confirm its condition. You will receive an email stating the total value of your device. When complete, the total credit will be applied to your mobile account.
    4. If you’d like an estimate before you begin the trade-in process, just call us.
  • What devices are eligible to be traded in?

    Smartphones and basic phones may be eligible for trade-in. You must be the rightful owner of any device traded in. If you purchased the device using a payment plan and still owe a balance, the device is not eligible for trade-in until the balance has been paid in full.

  • Can I get my device back if I change my mind?

    All trades are final and cannot be returned.

  • How will I receive my trade-in credit?

    Once we receive your device, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition. You will receive an email stating the total value of your device. When complete, the total credit will be applied to your mobile account.
