Aaron Wertenberger is a strategic operations manager at Twin Valley, where he leads efforts in new market entry, with a growing focus on developing market analysis and operational procedures to support strategic expansion. He plays a key role in identifying growth opportunities, evaluating community needs, and shaping data-driven strategies to guide the company’s future. Aaron has served on the Twin Valley Family of Companies board since 2016 and helps lead impactful initiatives through the Twin Valley Family Foundation.

He is deeply committed to Twin Valley’s long-standing mission to deliver exceptional service to underserved communities—a tradition the company has honored for over 75 years. Aaron takes pride in working alongside a forward-thinking team that values integrity, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Aaron lives in Manhattan, Kansas, with his wife, Tiffany, and their five children. The Wertenbergers are active in the homeschool community, and Aaron enjoys coaching his children’s basketball and football teams. As a family, they enjoy K-State sports, hiking, golf, and staying active together.
