How to Apply for the Military Discount

Applying for the military discount is simple, whether you’re already a Twin Valley customer or are just signing up.

For Current Customers:

If you’re an active military member and already a Twin Valley customer, the easiest way to apply is by submitting your information through the form on our contact page. Simply upload a copy of your current active duty orders there, and let us know you’d like to apply the Military Discount to your account. Our team will add the 10% discount to your internet service moving forward!

For New Customers:

If you’re new to Twin Valley, you can let our customer service team know that you’re active military when signing up. Alternatively, if you’re signing up online, simply check the box indicating you’re active military, and we’ll follow up to request your documentation. Once you submit your active duty orders, we’ll apply the discount to your account!
